Listen: Bon Iver’s Beth/Rest solo

Ol’ Justin Vernon stopped by NPR’s World Cafe’ the other day to give a solo performance of Beth/Rest. This stripped down version sounds completely different than the version on Bon Iver’s second album, Bon Iver. After listening to the original version when it first came out, my friend said it sounded like it was from the Lion King. The song still rocks.
